• The MidiManager software must be purchased directly from our

used for the original purchase.

Please note that rates for MidiManager purchases in USD are not
based on live rates. The refund will be calculated based on the
price that was paid for the purchase, not on the current exchange
rate.
8. Non-Refundable Items:
MidiManager software is generally non-refundable, except as
required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for customized
features.
9. Third-Party Purchases:
Purchasing MidiManager software from a third-party distributor or
retailer is strictly forbidden. We only process refunds for
